Local Store Marketing Manager

BoomerJack’s Grill is looking for an energetic, polished, and responsible Local Store Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be the face of your region’s BoomerJack’s locations in the community, responsible for executing local marketing initiatives that drive traffic and build strong relationships with neighboring businesses, schools, hotels, and apartment complexes. This position is a full-time salaried position requiring 40 hours per week.
Role Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Visit local businesses, schools, hotels, and apartment complexes to promote our restaurant through food runs, flyers, coupons, and other marketing materials. Attend PTA, Chamber, and any other relevant local meetings to represent the brand or to build relationships with the appropriate groups, possibly requiring evening or weekends.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community to create partnerships and collaborative marketing opportunities.
- Event Promotion: Organize and participate in local events to increase brand visibility and attract new customers. Supervise or execute off-site event execution as needed.
- Communication: Communicate events needs and any scheduled activities such as Give Back Nights to the local restaurant and Area Director to ensure successful event execution. Work with the GMs and Managers to let them know when you will be in their restaurant so they can support your food drop needs. Communicate your LSM needs such as additional flyers, stickers, coupons, or other materials needed to the marketing team with advanced notice.
- Reporting: Track and report on local marketing schedule, activities, results, and community engagement to the VP of Marketing on a weekly and monthly basis.
- New Restaurant Opening Support: Assist the marketing team in local marketing activities to support building awareness of new restaurants opening. May require travel outside of the DFW market for up to one week.
Required Skilled and Abilities
- Current employee of BoomerJack’s in good standing who are looking to take the next step in their career by helping our restaurants build sales in the community; Degree is not required, but students or graduates with degrees in marketing, communications, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- An outgoing personality and positive, ‘go getter’ attitude.
- Highly self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in marketing or sales is a plus.
- Reliable vehicle to travel within the local area is required.
GM recommendation is required to be considered for this position.
