Area of Responsibility

 

  • Promptly address inquiries received through TripleSeat, ensuring that leads involving groups of over 50 individuals are responded to within one business day.
  • Engage with potential clients in a timely manner, with the objective of guiding them towards confirming their event arrangements.
  • Thoroughly document client requirements in contracts, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
  • Go over BEO’s with Event Coordinator
  • Collaborate with the Event Coordinator and Operations Manager to review the day's events, highlighting any critical information.
  • Ensure presence at the venue during Main Room Buyouts/Full Venue Buyouts.
  • Assist with Local Store Marketing (LSM), networking activities, and provide support for outbound initiatives as necessary.
  • Conduct walkthroughs for walk-in clients or scheduled appointments.
  • Handle inbound sales calls professionally and effectively.
  • Facilitate closing out events, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Kitchen Manager and Operations Manager every Monday to review upcoming Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for the week ahead.
  • Keep Event Archive Database up to date with pertinent event details (contract, itemized  Rosnet receipt, & any photo taken of event)

 

 

 

Daily/Weekly Musts:

 

Daily:

- Review TripleSeat notifications.

- Verify any pending deposits.

- Progress leads to confirmed status.

- Finalize and close out events from the previous day.

-Update Event Database with Contract, receipt, any photos taken 

 

Weekly:

- Attend a weekly Banquet Event Order (BEO) meeting with the Kitchen Manager and Event Operations Manager.

- Contact the Point of Contact (POC) for next week's events to conduct a final walkthrough of the contract, ensuring all details are accurate and included.
