EVENT SALES ADMIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide essential and logistical support to the sales team, focusing on managing client inquiries, event bookings, and related administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth event execution and efficient sales operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Interaction – provide excellent guest service and manage client inquiries in conjunction with a Lead Rotation determined by the DOS
- Booking Management – maintain accurate records in the CRM and input additional sales and handle closeout paperwork from executed events,
- Provide Stellar Communication – communicate effectively with clients, sales teams, and internal departments
- Note Taking at Meetings (BEO Meetings, Daily Huddles, Weekly Team Meetings, etc.)
- Logistics Organization for Events (wristbands, drink tickets, special requests, etc.)
- Liaison between Sales Managers and outside vendors (get quotes, get invoices, email corporate to cut checks, etc.)
- Manage inventory of Sales Office (ie: Office Supplies)
- Maintain Sales Collateral
- Business Development Research (as assigned by DOS)
- Additional miscellaneous tasks assigned by DOS or Sales Managers (ie: build marketing gifts for outreach, maintain printer by ordering ink & toner, update whiteboard weekly, random creative projects, etc.)
